  Securely pack the jewellery in its original velvet box and protective packaging, ensuring the security tag remains intact and untampered.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary door-step pickup through our specialized secure logistics partners.

  Inspection & Refund

  After our artisans verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
